For agencies
Enquiries with the awkward questions already asked
Most home care leads arrive as a name and a phone number. Ours arrive with the municipality, the service, the hours and the funding situation answered, and with recorded consent to contact.
What you receive
Every enquiry, every time

Municipality
Not a postal code guess. The family picks their municipality from a list.
Services needed
Selected from the same taxonomy your listing uses.
Hours per week
The level of need, so you know whether it fits your minimum visit rules.
Funding situation
Whether they are assessed, waiting, paying privately or lost.
Urgency
Days, weeks, or just exploring, so you can triage.
Express CASL consent
Recorded with wording and timestamp, so you can contact them lawfully.
Terms
How this works commercially
- You pay per enquiry, not per placement. No commission on the care you deliver, and no share of your revenue.
- Enquiries are matched, not blasted. They go to providers covering that municipality and offering that service, not to everyone on the list. Retirement homes receive an enquiry only when the family has said a move is on the table.
- Paying does not buy position. Directory listings are alphabetical and we do not sell ranking. Enquiries are the product; visibility is not.
- Listing is free. All 53 agencies in our directory are listed whether they work with us or not. You can correct your listing without buying anything.
We are early, and say so
Hearth is new. We are onboarding a small number of GTA agencies to test enquiry volume and quality before opening more widely. If you join now, expect direct contact from us, pricing agreed case by case, and the ability to stop at any time.
We would rather tell you that than quote a fabricated enquiry volume.
